Seudah Shlishit is the traditional third Shabbat meal.
During the seudah, participants share Torah thoughts, as well as learn traditional Chassidic tunes.

Study some Gemara Taanis with Rabbi Raices between Mincha and Maariv.

Study of the works of the Rebbe with Rabbi Posner
