Is there evidence that the Torah is really the word of G‑d? Is the Jewish claim any different than those of others?

If there's a G‑d, why is he hiding?

What is G‑d’s purpose in creating this universe? What role do I have in G‑d’s plan for the creation? Is their virtue in faith alone, without understanding?
