Medicine and Morals

Today's complex medical issues are fascinating, profound, and sometimes raise real moral questions: Is it ok to terminate life support from a dying patient? Is one obligated to donate a kidney, if known to be a match? Must one disclose potentially life-threatening genetic disorders when dating?

These are not easy questions, and have no easy answers. This upcoming course from the Jewish Learning Institute is your chance to get real with the subject of medical ethics, and likely to kick up amazingly lively classroom discussion while discussing actual case histories.

This course provides MCLE and AMA credits.

Six Thurdays, beginning October 28th.
