- Are you concerned about Israel?
- Can Israel actually win, or is it really just gibberish?
- Do Israel's political and military leaders actually know what to do?
- What would you do if you were the prime minister?
Please join Rabbi Yochanan Posner for a special one-time seminar to study the Lubavitcher Rebbe's prescient advice to Israel.
The Rebbe was younger than David Ben-Gurion and Golda Meir, but older than Menachem Begin and Moshe Dayan. The Rebbe lived through WW1, survived the holocaust, and acutely understood the dangers that this world presents for the Jews. The Rebbe lived through the formative events of the modern state of Israel, was very well informed about it all of the way through, and lived long enough to see Yitzchak Rabin win re-election as prime minister and the start of the Israeli–Palestinian peace process, known as the Oslo Accords. The Rebbe spoke publicly about the details of Israeli political and military challenges several hundred times, wrote numerous letters, and met with countless individuals. Throughout the decades of the Rebbe's leadership, a great many Israeli elected officials, as well as diplomats, and security and military brass, including several prime ministers, consulted with and briefed the Rebbe. Through all that, the Rebbe communicated clear principles for attaining peace. The Rebbe passed away 30 years ago, but amazingly the Rebbe's principles are as true today, as they were when he first articulated them. Since October 7 video clips of the Rebbe discussing his ideas for Israel have been circulating on Whatsapp in the highest levels of the Israeli government, and all levels of society, and are being shown on TV new shows in Israel. What did the Rebbe say? Why is everyone so interested in the Rebbe's advice for Israel?
The upcoming seminar with Rabbi Yochanan Posner is your chance to discover a holistic comprehensive plan for Israel, which is clear-eyed and reality based, is distilled down to a set of clear principles, and is grounded in Torah and the Rabbinic wisdom of the ages.
Rabbi Yochanan Posner will walk you through the Rebbe's main points, present it with historical context and illustrate it with videos of the Rebbe, and give you the tools to apply it yourself to the current situation.
The seminar will last for two hours, with a break in the middle.
It will be in-person and on Zoom at once, with several convenient times to suit your busy schedule.
