    Junior Gan Israel Day Camp
    Pickup Information Form


    If your child is using camp-provided transportation to go home, this form is not needed.

    Only people whom you authorize will be allowed to pick up your child from camp. If you wish to add someone to this list, you need to notify your child's Division Head or Camp Director Mrs. Zeesy Posner in advance.

    Please complete a form for each child, and give it to the Division Head in whose group s/he will end his/her day. For your child’s sake, please take the time to fill this out completely.

    If you would like to print this form and fill it in by hand, please give it to the Division Head in whose group your child(ren) end their day.

My daughter loves JGI! She drags her feet in the morning to get dressed if we are going anywhere. But not camp! She can't get dressed and out the door fast enough. All Jewish children feel welcome and inspired––it's a great demonstration of unity and every camper feels special.
