To relive the miraculous events of Purim, listen to the reading of the Megillah (the Scroll of Esther) twice:
once on Purim eve, Thursday night 3/13/25, and again on Purim day, Friday, 3/14/25
Come to Lubavitch Chabad of Skokie for walk-in megillah readings, no reservations required.
Readings will begin every hour, on the hour at 4059 Dempster St.
Thursday night, March 13, 2025: 8:00 pm-12:00 midnight
(First reading will be 7:30, with additional readings beginning every few minutes, and then hourly from 8pm)
Friday, March 14, 2025: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
(First megillah reading will be in the 6:30am Shacharis minyan)
Last reading will be punctually at 6pm, to allow time to get home before Shabbat)
